Lead time & Delivery

All bracelets are handmade to order.

I aim to dispatch within 5 days. Maximum dispatch time when I am busy, within 10 days. You will be notified by email when your parcel has been dispatched & is on its way to you.

All bracelets will be sent by 1st Class UK Royal Mail with proof of postage.

UK Delivery charge: £2.50, Free delivery over £30.00.

Delivery only within the UK and Ireland.

Packaging

Each bracelet will be carefully packaged as follows;

Bubble wrapped for care and protection during delivery.

With our complimentary gift wrapping; A natural hessian rustic fabric, tied with a natural jute artificial leaved twine, Beads I Need care card and a Gift tag containing name & size of the bracelet.

The packaging is the perfect companion to my range of bracelets and perfectly packaged for gifting!

Returns Policy

As bracelets are handmade and bespoke no returns can be accepted.

I pride myself on quality, all stock is inspected ensuring beads are not cracked, chipped, marked or damaged. I only despatch custom handmade bracelets that I am entirely satisfied with and fit for purpose, as I want you to enjoy your item.
