How to measure your wrist…

Measure your above your wrist bone on your arm side, allow approximately an extra approx 1cm - 1.5cm, depending on your own choice of wear for comfort. 

How to wear

Beads I need bracelets are strung with elastic, best to roll the bracelet onto your hand towards the wrist, without over stretching.  The bracelet should be closely fitted to the skin.  Not too loose & not too tight.  This will help extend the life of your bracelet.
