Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders come with complimentary gift wrapping- perfectly packaged for gifting! Each bracelet will be protected with bubble wrap, wrapped in a natural hessian rustic fabric, tied with a natural jute artificial leaved twine, Beads I Need care card and a Gift tag containing name & size of the bracelet.

What is your returns policy?

As bracelets are handmade and bespoke no returns can be accepted. View my returns policy here.

Do you sell bracelets for men?

Yes! When you select a bracelet you can choose mens, womens or children’s sizes. If you need a different bespoke size please contact me.

How long does it take to receive my bracelet order?

All bracelets are handmade to order. I aim to dispatch within 5 days. Maximum dispatch time when I am busy, within 10 days.

I need something bespoke- do you offer this?

I am always happy to receive bespoke requests if you have something specific in mind.  Please be gracious with time, as I need to source products and create.  Bespoke requests will be priced accordingly.  Please get in touch with your request.
